WHAT WE DO
Independent advocacy services are tailored to the unique needs of each client and family.
Time may be used for any advocacy-related activity, including medical record review, care coordination, physician communication, appointment preparation, family consultations, medication and treatment discussions, insurance challenges, specialty pharmacy concerns, hospitalizations, transitions of care, second-opinion support, or other matters requiring professional advocacy and clinical expertise.
Unlike healthcare navigators employed by hospitals, health systems, insurers, or pharmaceutical companies, Premier Care Navigation works exclusively for the client. My role is to protect, support, and advance the client’s interests throughout the healthcare journey.

Retainer Packages
Essential Advocacy
Best for:

- One or two specialists involved in care

Priority Advocacy
Best for:
- Multiple physicians or specialists involved in care
- Recent hospitalization or significant change in health status
- Chronic conditions requiring ongoing coordination
- Complex medication regimens
- Families who need regular communication and assistance navigating the healthcare system
Premier Advocacy
Best for:
- Highly complex medical situations
- Neurological, autoimmune, renal, oncology, transplant, or specialty pharmacy cases
- Frequent appointments and care coordination needs
- Out-of-town family members requiring regular updates
- Clients who want a dedicated nurse advocate managing many aspects of their healthcare journey
